Welcome to Bristol Airport Taxis. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our taxi and transportation services. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully before booking.
1. Booking and Confirmation
1.1 All bookings made via phone, email, or our online platform must be confirmed with a reference number.
1.2 Once a booking is confirmed, it becomes a binding contract between the customer and Bristol Airport Taxis.
1.3 Customers must provide accurate details at the time of booking, including pick-up location, destination, date, time, and any special requirements. Bristol Airport Taxis will not be liable for delays or service issues caused by incorrect information.
2. Payments and Pricing
2.1 All fares are calculated based on distance, time, and any additional services requested (e.g., child seats, extra stops).
2.2 Prices are confirmed at the time of booking and are subject to change based on traffic, route adjustments, or waiting times.
2.3 Payments can be made in cash, by credit/debit card, or through our secure online payment system. All payments must be completed by the end of the journey.
2.4 For long-distance journeys or airport transfers, a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1 Customers can cancel their booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time to receive a full refund.
3.2 Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking price.
3.3 No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the pick-up time or for missed pick-ups due to customer no-shows.
4. Delays and Waiting Time
4.1 Bristol Airport Taxis aims to provide timely service, but unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather) may cause delays. We will communicate any delays as soon as possible.
4.2 Waiting time is charged for pick-ups from airports and other locations if the customer fails to meet the driver at the agreed time. After the first 15 minutes of waiting, additional charges will apply.
5. Luggage and Personal Belongings
5.1 Each passenger is responsible for their own luggage and personal belongings during the journey.
5.2 Bristol Airport Taxis will not be held liable for any loss or damage to personal items during transit unless caused by the negligence of the driver.
5.3 Passengers must notify us in advance if they are carrying oversized or excess luggage to ensure suitable vehicle accommodation.
6. Passenger Conduct
6.1 Passengers must behave in a respectful manner toward the driver and vehicle at all times. Offensive, abusive, or disruptive behavior may result in termination of the service without a refund.
6.2 Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all Bristol Airport Taxis vehicles.
7. Liability
7.1 Bristol Airport Taxis will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
7.2 We are not responsible for any delays or missed flights resulting from road conditions, traffic, or incorrect booking information.
7.3 Our drivers will follow local traffic laws and ensure the safety of all passengers. Passengers must wear seat belts at all times.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
8.1 Bristol Airport Taxis reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review these terms regularly.
9. Governing LawThese terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
